Products can be returned for a full value refund (exc. delivery charges) within 10 working days. Notification of return must be received by In Green’s within 3-days of the customer receiving the order. Generally we try to put things right, but of course will happily refund any customer who is not entirely satisfied.

Damaged Goods

Return postage costs will be covered by the purchaser initially and a receipt obtained. Once goods are received and in the event they were returned due to damage then we will carry out a damage/fault assessment, and once satisfied, postage will be refunded in full.

If goods are found not to be faulty or damaged, no refund of postage will be given, but a refund of the value of goods will be refunded in full.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we regret that we cannot accept returns for Lunette Cups or Eco Femme Sanitary Pads due to hygiene reasons.
